Do you often find yourself working alone as a coach in your local community? NESF is now establishing a national network of coaches to strengthen the sense of community, promote the sharing of experiences, and improve the quality of esports programs for children and young people in Norway. Join Norway’s first national coaches’ gathering!

Dialogue with clubs and new research show that many esports coaches today are relatively isolated in their local communities. There has been a lack of established platforms for systematic professional development and networking across clubs. Through the coaches’ network, we’re building bridges between coaches across the country—regardless of whether you’re involved in esports in a volunteer sports club, an independent club, in a school, a cultural organization, or at the municipal level. Here, we come together to learn from each other’s successes and challenges.
This is the competency framework that NESF is currently developing for Norwegian esports.
The courses are currently being developed, and here you can see the framework that will soon be available.
Create a stable, safe, and inspiring environment where esports coaches can meet face-to-face.
