Through the merger of the Norwegian Esports Federation and the Esports Alliance, organized esports in Norway are brought together under one common roof. By combining the energy and momentum of grassroots activities with the federation's structure and international commitments, we are building a sustainable, inclusive, and impactful organization for the future.
We support the daily operations of clubs through joint activities, tournaments, and inclusive grassroots offerings. To strengthen Norwegian esports, we develop coaching education designed to ensure safe and rewarding experiences for players at all levels.
We manage the official Norwegian national teams, develop elite training initiatives, and represent Norway in international championships and organizations.
We lead the strategic work with political authorities and partners, oversee club operations, and establish the framework for official admission to the Norwegian Olympic and Paralympic Confederation of Sports.
